just check chippewa snowchasers on the eastern side, and there grooming tonight . they said there system is ridable and have 12-18 inches on the ground . trails are holding w/ some snertty areas in the corners and thining out as you go tawards trout lk .newberry didnt groom but will start tonight when it freezes up a bit more. LES is in the forcast for the next several days . no it s not perfect yet .. but i need to RIDE happy trails all ill have pics for everyone when we return next wk

Just got back. Trails were great in Stongs, Whitefish Pt. Grand Marais. Etc. Took the chance and left on wed night Came home yesterday.
