I bought this 2003 polaris one year old and since i got it i put on the 92 octane head kit. I put on the Almond/Red Polaris spring and the included 49 gram weights. I also dropped the needle and dropped jet sizes to 330's instead of the company's required 350's. My helix is 70-44.46. It runs pretty good now, lot of take off but i lost some midrange and gained some top end. I gained a bit more leverage throughout the whole sled and runs pretty good, but i still could use some wise words from guys with perticular recent model race sleds (the 440 liquid). At the same time if i can help anyone with their crotchrocket, post on here i'll do my best.

i'd love to get in on this, but my sleds only a 98 so most of my info is probably redundant. Have you tried changing gearing at all?
