I remember reading somewhere that the jet sizing gets out of whack in the 500 range. There is a point where the flow rates are not uniformly incremental like we are used to with the smaller Mikuni main jets. This was an issue a few years ago with Polaris calibrations and they had to change 4 - 5 numerical sizes to achieve one "normal" size change from a fuel flow stand point. Don't be too upset about a big number change. You can probably find it if you check old SnowTech's from a few years ago.

Boy that's got to tick you off. What about your dealer, how come he didn't know about this??

Worst part about their TSB's is they expire after a certain date. The one which effects you expired 2 days ago and now you will need to pay out of your pocket for the parts and labor. :bash: Hopefully your dealer can fudge the date by a couple of days and get it covered but you better get it in quickly.

I think I'd be on the phone to customer service if the dealer even blinks, two years with a problem they couldn't figure out? Not very impressive.

this bullten first came out about on the 30th af 2004, its just weird that they first bring it out now and not back when they had the red ski issue, plus my dealer is an awesome guy, he said this is the only one i never heard about, so not pissed at the dealer it also came out this week too

wonder if cat would cover it for you being it just went out of warranty,,, maybe they would cover the parts and you cover labor,,, but anything would be better than nothing,,, good luck and let us know how you come out.
