I'm thinking of getting a leftover F7 EFI EXT. I have seen many on the trail but I do not know anyone who owns one. How are they for power and has anybody had problems with them.

kc10acc, I have one that I am looking to get rid of. 05 F-7 EFI EXT. I have it in the Classifieds. It also comes with Hand Guards and a Riser. Where are you located?
PM me if you are interested, I can make you a nice deal on a great sled......

Boy Jeff, I really thought about getting one of the new Confusions, I mean Fusions :bash: :bash: :bash: , but just changed my mind......
If I get rid of mine this spring or summer, I will probably end up on a 600 HO SDI Renegade or Summit........
Who knows, I seem to change my mind so quickly. I have a little of 1500 trouble free miles on this animal, if it doesn't sell I will probably ride it again next year.
I almost have to keep it so I can smack your little 800 around yet....lol

I have a 2004 F7 ext and overall am very happy with it. The power and ride quality are great. The handling needs a little work though. The stock carbides push in the corners and are even worse when the trails get icy.Change to a good quality 6in single carbide and crank up the ski spring preload 3 or 4 turns and they rail. I had a problem with the ecu at the start of this season (poor performance) but Cat took care of it on warranty. No other trips to the dealer but it only has 1300 miles on her.
