You're going to have to give people a little more info than you have to get any good guesses as to what's going on with your sled.
engagement rpm?
current WOT rpm? factory reccomended max rpm?
temp you ran your test at? (were you jetted for it?)
springs currently installed on primary and secondary?
weights?
Helix? Std, or no?

Michahicks is right, ride the sled an take careful note of the things he mentioned, engagement RPM and WOT RPM. Which clutch did you have replaced and was the replacement a factory set-up or did you have a clutch kit installed?

Brian,
WOT is wide open throttle - somehing that's not going to be very impressive on 45 degree day unless you've rejetted accordingly. The stock jetting will be WAAY to fat! This is totally normal, and especially noticable on a performance sled. The loss of performance is so obvious.
Unless you plan on runing in temps like that a lot, it's not a good idea to correct for it. Some guys install a gadget called a Tempaflo. When set up properly, it will compensate for temp changes and make big changes like you noticed negligible.
Those are series 10 weights, the most common on newer Pol sleds. The 10 describes the profile/shape of the weight. The actual weight is usually shown after that. eg: 10-62 -with 62 being the actual weight.

o thats what it stand for and what you are saying makes perfect sense. and it is normally really cold around here. i just got it back from the shop that last time i ran it was in 20 degree weather. i guess that i didnt know that the temp would affect it. i thought it was the new clutch. i did actually check out a clutch kit and its really cheap but what kind of difference does it make?? well thanks for the help.
Brian
P.S. winters over up here
