As a general rule = 15 - 17 cc / HP.
James Watt performed some experiments and determined that a horse could lift 550 pounds at a rate of 1 foot per second. This unit of power, 550 foot-pounds per second, became known as the "Horsepower."
Short answer = Get the sled on a dyno

this would mean that a 570 would put out 35 hp that's wrong.

If i had to make a guess, I'd say that your sled is a twin cylinder. So if each cylinder is 570, thats 1140cc total. 1140/15=76hp. So its pretty close.

Im assuming your just joking around, because the total displacement of both cylinders is 570cc, not just one cylinder being 570cc
As for power, im guessing around 70-80 at least.

Wow, I got a good laugh out of that one!
Exciter's TOTAL discplacement is 570cc. This means that each cylinder is 285cc.
