I need to change the jets in my dads sled. I need to know what jets I need to change. I have the sizes of all of them but I don't know if I need to change all of them.

Why do you need to change the jets?

His plugs show that its running way to hot, I checked everything and I have found out that it is due to the jets.

You mean that they show that it is running lean? What color are the plugs? Are they white? How long has he had the sled? What sled does he have?

Has anything been done to the sled? Like pipe or reeds or any motor mods? If not, the factory jetting should be fine. Have the carbs had a good cleaning? The jets could be just clogged up and need cleaned.
