My F111 would start and when cold would idle around 2000 rpm and then when warmed up would idle nicely around 1500. Now I have a 2003 MXZ 700 with DPM and when cold it idles around 3000 rpm. Once it warms up and you've ridden it for awhile it will idle around 1500 rpm after you burp the throttle. Is this normal for this engine?
