Well, I'm pretty bored right now.
Been baking my pipe here at work for the past 2 hours.
You have to bake at 250 for 30 min. Then cool for 30 min.
Then bake at 400 for 30, and cool for 30.
Then 600 for 30 and cool.
Seems like good paint, hopefully it holds up.
Sure am glad I took it all off to paint. Found my Y pipe was cracked on the underside.
Welded her up and good to go.

Yeah, I'm stinking up the lab pretty good right now. Good thing it's Christmas break.
I'm at the 600 degree bake now.

Looks great rob!! I tried some of the cheaper stuff last week. It is flaking off badly already. I'm having thoughts of getting it ceramic coated this spring. I had my headers for the camaro done last year, they look great. The coating holds up as well.

Looks sharp, it is nice to pop the hood without revealing a rusty scab below.
I use the BBQ paint and doo the pipes yearly. It lasts for the season but always needs retouching the next year. At least they still look like new.
