I found these TRA arms made by Heel Clicker. They look like they might work well. The moveable weight is supposed to give more top end pull. I was thinking about getting them but was wondering if any of you have already tried these out with good results?

The ones I've seen look different than your pic, the "thumb" that you add weight is fixed to the bottom of the weight only and is not movable.

Looks a little better for the tra than the old flyweight+ design conversion, at least it looks like you retain your clicker function?

The product decription and function is half BS though IMO, the TRA can be tuned to fix any weakness in shift with stock parts.

If they didn't cost so much they'd be a try though. But be prepared to do some tuning.
