Went to see the new sleds Friday night in Peterborough. Sitting on the optional racing seat & the regular seat, I think the racing seat would be better for me w/ my long legs.

It aint just Doo. They're all getting expensive.
Now if the MX ZX RS would just come out in the real 440 chassis it would be awesome.

Looks like a bunch of BNG's to me and the sleds that do have the new great add ons are way out of the price range of the hard core riders that would buy one (like me :slick: )

I'll be checking them out on Thursday when they are in Barrie.
I like the new Blizzard package. It's got rebuildable shocks like the Adrenaline should have . They seem to be adding a few more goodies, such as the roller HPV secondary and internal-external drivers with the 1.25 track.
I seems too be "clean out the parts bin" year for ski-doo with the MXZ line-up. I bet a new chassis is on the way for 08 so I'll hold on to mine for one more year.

I agree 100%, looks like they just weren't quite ready for a model update so this is their attempt to dress up the line some.

Well you have it real close to the truth there.
With Skidoo holding 51% of the market share this year and the other 3 scrambling for the remaining 49% and copying Skidoo rider forward style, you won't see BRP releasing the next sled untill the others get a little too close for comfort.
I've heard that the next sled is all ready and waiting for it being needed to capture market share.
Arctic Cat got pretty close with it's new Jag chassis. Which by the way, has a frame that is almost identical in design and measurements to the Skidoo Rev chassis / frame.
BRP has several options up their sleeves and consumer demand determines which options they'll exercise.
In MHO.

Wow...where did you get those numbers from. The BRP rep I spoke to had a list of the current market share and it showed BRP help 44% of the market, Yamaha 27%, Cat 17% and Polaris down to 11%. He said those were the latest figures up to the end of February.
