Any body out there have any input on the blade snowmobiles, looking at a used 02, just curious, are they as nice as they claim or just an over priced nightmare. I know they use polaris engine and clutches so that part should be good. are they ditch bangers or cruisers. lets hear from someone.

If this helps--
I know the people that developed the Blade (the Karpik's) very well. They are great to work with and really care about their customers. They will personally repair any problems on a sled that gets back to their shop. I also know that they were ahead of their time with the Blade and the only reason they have not made the Big 4 the Big 5 is that they did not have enough $$ to carry on their program one more year.
So I can tell you about the people but not the sled itself, unfortunately. There is something called the BRA Blade Riders Association. If you Google it you will find some stuff on their sleds.
