first of all i pooched one of the bushings because since i have to use glasses to read only i read instructions only when i get into trouble. so read his intructions

when the brass bushings are installed it is tough to get the inner bushings to slide in and move freely even after you have made sure the fit is free of any binding before you install the brass bushings. what i did was {used what i have} cut the head off a 6" x 3/8" bolt and then with a hacksaw cut a slit straight down the center of the bolt about the depth that my sandcloth is wide. i filed off all the rough edges and then doubled the sandcloth so that the sand side was facing out. then i slid the doudle layer of sandcloth into the slit that i cut. then i put the other end of the bolt in my drill and started to ream out the holes of the brass bushings. works great :thumbsup:
