My son had one....I beleive it was 8 mph. But with a gear and clutch change we had it going 13-14 pretty easily. Dennis Kirk sells the parts. That was a ZR120......

we had my sons up to 21 on dry road,,,, we had the govenor bypassed and we also had some gearing changes in it.
