Polaris has apparently received some reports of customers experiencing a hesitation when attempting to accelerate quickly from idle or low engine RPMs.
It appears that a build-up of air in the fuel system has been found to be the cause.
Polaris is now working on a repair kit to resolve the problem. The repair kit includes a fuel filter with a vapor bleed, new PFA gasket, and new PFA mounting fasteners. Polaris says that they are confident that repair kits will be available for distribution shortly after January 1, 2007.
SW users can look for an upcoming service bulletin release in the Recall/Service Bulletin area as soon as this repair kit is available.
This bulletin has now been added to the Polaris Recall area of the forums. Indepth bulletin information pertaining to this SB is now available there as well.

Yeah I let my dealer know about it after seeing it on Snowest. It's mostly been a problem on the RMK's though that may be because no one with a 121 actually has had a chance to use the sled enough to notice any issues yet.
