Just to help kick off the Big Bore section. I'll post my setup.

BMP stock pipe mod.
0-2000' BMP 91 oct, head mod.
Sno-tech torque link
26/40 gearing
EPI yellow primary spring
78 gram Dalton weights (old D&D style)
62/54 speedwerx helix
speedwerx blue secondary run in the 4th hole.
020 cat belt
1 1/4 RIPSAW track!!
shimmed exhaust vlave mod
#58 needle e-clip in #4
450/460 mains
2000 ZR Snopro front springs

Stock pipe, PPP can
RKT head-modified 13.5 to 1
shimmed raves
full port and polish with extra intake ports
Holtzman Tempa-Flow
CPI hooded needle jet mod
digatron DS-52 EGT's
24/44 gearing and 9 tooth extroverts
293X ramps, clicker 2, 230/410 primary and 24 grams of pin
Team TS98 secondary 56-.46-46 rer helix, black spring
Doo 127 belt
tunnel stretched to 136
15x136x1.25 ripsaw with 108 1.325 Woody's and Accord tall nuts
01 440X straight bars with idooski's 5" risers

It runs pretty good. Last year I had the Race Shop twins on it and had a problem with getting heat into the pipe at the right time. When it was on..IT WAS ON, but now that I have streached it, I wanted a little more consistancy in power.
I havent had a chance to ride any this year other than a blast across a snowless hay field. The sled went right to 8000 and then pulled on up to 8400. I clicked down to 2 to take care of the over rev. Sled works its best at 8200 rpm.
We will be heading up to the UP next weekend for the charity ride. Cant wait to get to ride it with this combo!!

Mine is just stock. Not even really broken in yet. I only have 383 and 9 tenths. miles on it and it's an 04.

1800 miles and mines an 03! Lack of snow got lots to do with it in sure. Time for some mods?
