Does anyone know here I could get the engine specs for a 1994 538 engine. I need all the info from how hard to torque the bolts to the play thats allowed with the piston and the crank.
I could also use any info available on how to rebuild that engine.
Something you may want to do is update the carb specs to the '95 FZ 583 specs. I'm not sure, but the rotary valve may be different on 'the '95s as well.

Buy a shop manual, it will tell you everything, if you dont tell me what bolts, I can tell you every bolt on the sled and how tight to make it. But the shop manual is handy to have so you can make quick fixes without having to ask us, and be waiting for us when winter comes along!!
