im really having problems. my jag 350 fa will only run if i spray ether in the carb. the fuel system is spotless. it also revs really high, and even if i stick my hand over carb it will barely run. I know its getting fuel. I just put a new mag side piston in, and pto seal. the mag side seal has to be bad too right? i didnt get a chance to look at it. the mag side cylinder was burned, so the mag seal has to be blown, or is this just a coincidence? I have 120 on pto and 110 on mag(piston is new rings still prolly need to seat, and the cylinder had a little scoring but it runs). PLEASE I NEED SOME IMPUT ITS DRIVING ME NUTS! thnks

Sounds like it could very well be the mag seal since it already burnt down once.

For what they cost why would you split the case and only replace one seal? but yeah it's probably bad
