Just want to make sure the clutch is operating correctly with regards to max RPM. I think its running at around 7200 as it sits now.

Couldn't find anything online...

I can't say for sure but I think thats low. If I recall it was closer to 7800-8000. I'll try to see if I have that info somewhere.

My A/C manual says peak rpm for the 340 and 440 fan motors at 7,000 rpm.

I found my info but it was in my '92 Perf. Manual. Man i'm getting old.
