some ppl say they give you crisper throttle response and low end power. but i dont think it gives you any power, maybe crisper throttle, but my mxz has always had one, ive ridden sleds without them, but they werent mxz 600's so i cant say if it makes a diff or not.

i would say that it is worth it they only cost about 30-40$ so i would say that it is worth it for what you get out of it anyways
