Gonna try thundershift arms. *Got Bill Cudney's kit this afternoon. *Everything went in fine, just wondering what pins poeple are using for mxz800. *Stock pins? *I remember Bill mentioning something about hollow pins, but I honestly can't remember if thats the case. *Anyone?

Yes you use hollow Ski Doo pins to hold the roller in. Also when the arms are in place and the roller is against the spring the bolts are underneath the arm. *-- *Bill

Whew, long wkd, 250 miles on great conditions, but getting warm, snow getting thrashed. *Weighed pins I bought on Thursday, DOo hollow pins. *10.8 grams each, not 10.3grams. *Installed arms the way Bill Cudney sent them set up. *Used his helix also, along with different primary spring. *Also installed exhaust restrictor. *Rode down to lake Sat morning and blasted across. *103mph, huge improvement from previous set up, as 93 mph best I could do. *Stock gearing. *Turned down clickers, as rpms were 200 high. *Next run was 110mph. *All this was at 34 degrees F and hardpack bumpy snow. *On trails, I turned raves back to 1/2 turn from all in, for more mid range. *This set up from Bill performs awesome on trails serious fun! *Great backshift and spool up. *

Thinking I may be able to add some weight to arms, as I turned down clickers, may try that. *THANK YOU BILL!
