Default Starting Sled After Summer?

Question about un-summerizing that I haven't been able to locate an answer for...

In the spring I sprayed fog oil into the air intake with engine running, then removed the spark plugs and sprayed a bit of oil into the cylinders and put the old plugs back in loosely. Sta-bil in full gas tank, steel wool in muffler, etc.

Is there anything special I need to do when I go to start it up for the first time this year?

I was thinking I would clean up the old plugs, reinstall them and try to start it and let it run for a bit to exhaust any of the excess fog oil and then replace the plugs with new ones. Sound reasonable? Other things I should do to the engine? Use compressed air in the cylinders?
