Default XC 500 VES, Bogg Down, 3/4 throttle

I have a Polaris Xcsp 500 Edge, i have 380 main jet, the needle on standard position.
When i have 3/4 throttle it boggs down a little bit, it is hard to have this throttle position because the engine does not know what to do, it feels like the engine is getting either too much or to little of fuel.

It is when the rpm is abount 6500- 7000 rpm or so. Can it be when the Ves ports opens ?

Is your Xc500 VEs also nervous at this thottlelevel, RPM ?

Thanks for your help //Henke

now i have checked the bellows, they are ok..

The problems is when the rpm are about 7000 and i am riding outside the trail, for fun i changed the needle clip to 2nd position (leaner) and the response in that rpmīs became much better.

i dont want to drive it that way afraid the piston blows, the polaris recommendation is 3:rd position (standard)

i have read in some forums that the needle were replaced in 2002 or 2003, does anyone knows about that?
It must be a reason why they changed the needle in the later models..

Anyone who owns a xc 500 sp 2001 VES and knows about the jetting for them?

Default Problem solved

The problem is now solved...the spring tension on the secondary was too loose.

It was on the loosest hole, 1 of 4.
I have changed to 3:rd hole and now it goes much better.

What hole do you have the spring on?
