Default RAVE valves - one good one bad

Have an 02 Legend that the one Rave valve ends up getting seized in after about 1000kms. I keep it clean but would love to get to the bottom of the problem. The other valve works great.

The only difference I have found is the dome of the piston on the bad cylinder is black carbon, whereas the good cylinder is greyish. The plugs are the same, the compression is the same, I've checked the oil pump, carbs, etc.

The sled runs great other than this one valve, and we get a lot of kms around here.

Any ideas??
