Default tunnel extension/drop brackets

i have a 2000 xc 500 and i have a 121' track on it and not looking to make it longer i just want to put on a tunnel extension for looks! my chassie is all black so i would like to try get a black extension but all i can find are chrome ones... does any body have any suggestions on what length i should go with or sights where i can find them?.

i also want to get rear suspension drop brackets. i'm not sure what length i should go with. any suggestions would help! thanks

Long tunnel with short track will look very goofy, IMO, but if you really want to, then by all means do it. Any extension can be made black. They will probably all come in raw aluminum, so you can make any colour you want. Paint, or powdercoat will be what you need to get a black one.

by putting the extension on, are you going to have cooling problems. You are not lengthening the track and cooling any, will you be throwing snow into your cooling or will it be going back to the extension and not cool at all??

That's when you pick up a belly pan scoop that flings snow onto the engine for cooling.

i dont think i am going to do the tunnel extension any more.. unless i can get some extra cash.. i am really interested in drop brackets though.. does anybody know of any good drop brackets other than slp.?
