Anybody Know About Scorpion

i just bought a 77 scorpion whip
they said it ran last year but got it home an cant get spark
there an some wires off the kill switch is not hooked up
the 2 wires that im sure go to it if i put them together still nothing
but if i touch the wires together while a freind pulls then there's spark
any ideas on what it could be
iv'e checked the points setting an there to specs
any info would be nice

it has a cunyuna probaly the wrong spelling
how do i get to the vintage sectoin you mentioned

if when you tie the wires together you get spark and when you hook them to switch there is non then i would say it is the switch. that is most likely the reason they were unhooked.

we din't get spark touching the wires together or the switch
just when i connect an didconnect the wires together while freind pulls it over
