What's the best way to seal up/repair areas where aluminum (cover) has pulled thru screws securing aluminum (cover) to frame? JB Weld, caulk. . ??
Any suggestions appreciated.

A washer under the screw/rivet head would help spread out the load a little to help keep it from happening again. Maybe do that with a spot of silicone under it? If you could find aluminum or stainless washers to use, they may be a good idea as well.
