Default front suspension shock and spring questions

i just bought a 94 zr580. it has the fox rebuildable front shocks. i am going to rebuild the shocks, and assume the valving is pretty firm since it is a zr sled? with that said, i would also like to replace the springs for the shocks. should i just go with stock 94 zr springs, or is there an upgrade? i plan to ride the sled hard in the bumps and want to get the front as best as i can without big mods.... thanks for any tips or help! oh, i was thinking of bumping the compression valving up in the shocks also, but not sure how firm they are stock......BTW, i have had skidoos for 20 years and this is my first cat, so i am not sure about how the suspensions are or were back in 94. zr is the cross country sled correct? thanks again
