TRA clutch markings

Ok figured out I dont have a crank seal leak but I put a new spring in the primary and when I went to put it back together I lined up all 3 markings on the inner, outer and spring cap. Problem is the inner clutch half's mark is off buy just a bit, about one tooth in the inner clutch half. Wondering if this will throw my clutch out of balance or anything. Any ideas will help.

no it shouldnt its that way on my sled, never had a problem even tho the marks arn't exactly lined up......
