Default worn sprockets?

hey, i just borak my driveshaft on my sled. There is 9000 m or km i havent figured out witch one yet, on my sled. Could worn sprockets be the cause? I havent had a straight answer from anyone yet that would be the cause.

The drive shaft usually breaks because ,it was defective,,you drive it hard or jump it.

Occasionally having the track too tight or a worn out right side bearing will stress the drive.
Unless the track was slipping the worn sprockets wouldn't do anything.
