Default arctic cat suspension 1996 panther

I'm repairing my suspension on the sled with the help of this boards advise. Everything is going well. I noticed in the rear part of slide ( aluminum part ) where a bolt goes thru, the hole is wore and theres play.
My question is, is there a square washer you can use or can you move to the hole next to it aprox. 3/4" away.

Thats a pretty common problem. The proper way to fix it is to get it filled with aluminum weld and redrill it. I have also used a piece of aluminum plate (or steel plate) about 3-4 inches long. Drill out the hole to the right size and drill a smaller hole on both sides for smaller bolts to hold it in place. I wouldn't recommend repositioning the hole as even a small amount will change the geometry of the suspension.
