Default 2002 mxz 800

Once again here I go with another brain twister. There is a guy down the road from me that has a 2002 MXZ 800 that has NO MOTOR. Its gone, empty hole to work with. Now my question is, can I take the 700 triple that I have from one of my Mach 1's and put it in it? The MXZ is in amazing shape and the guy is willing to sell it to me dirt cheap just so he can get rid of it. The Mach 1 that it will be coming out of is a 1997.

Give me your thoughts on this please.

You would need to be very creative to get it to fit.

Buy the chassi dirt cheap and find a motor for it , doo twins are everywhere.

Motor mounts would be the biggest concern, any 00- 03 twin would drop right in .
