Default 1996 Panther Deluxe

I tackled my suspension of my snomobile with the advise and information of alot of members on this board.

The front shock was blown and the slides where worn.
I had alot of rumbling noise before I fixed the suspension and figured these repairs would help.

I have only had a few miles to try it and the ride is better but, there does seam to be noise in the front section of the suspension or drive.
There is oil in chain case, the unit has around 5000 miles.

Anything else that comes to mind as a common wear out item?

i have a 02 zl 550, and i noticed the same thing. 30 mph and slower with low snow its rumbly but anything over that it quiets down completely. but it's not as bad with lots of snow.

remember, rubber side down, shiny side up.

Another question,
How tight should the track be?
When its jacked up and the track hangs, how far down from slide asm.?
