Piston Rings for a 493 Hirth??

Anyone know where I can source them? Ebay hasn't been much help. I know a guy who does custom rings, but I'm looking at about $100 for a full set of 6.

I tried Hastings, but got the run around about registering before I could get a price. Still working on that one.

Any sources would be great.

Have you tried Dennis Kirk, Shade Tree or Al's Snowmobile Parts?

Dennis Kirk lists some rings as 'may fit' for the 493 Hirth...

Yes Yes and Yes!

I ended up emailing Al's and they got back to me and said they had nothing.

I just called Hastings and got a person on the phone. They've got rings and they're on their way. Hopefully they'll fit!
