Friday
Meet for check in at Bancroft Inn and Suites between 3pm and 10pm.
After check in we are all going for dinner a DAVES PLACE in town at 7pm, great food and great prices.
Saturday
Those of you staying at the hotel may want to take
Advantage of the breakfast included in your stay. Or you may join everyone at Birds Creek Café at
8am for a wonderful breakfast before we hit the trails for the day. After breakfast we will be hitting the north trails, and stopping for lunch along the way. Our first day trip will be from Bancroft up to Whitney and over to the Barry’s bay area and back down to Bancroft.
Upon our return to Bancroft we will be going to the Granite Restaurant for dinner. You can ride your sled right to the restaurant or if you are staying at the hotel and have had enough riding for the day you can utilize the free shuttle service from the hotel to the Granite and back.
Sunday
Same deal for breakfast. Then we hit the south trails for the day. This will take us on a wonderful journey through yet again some wonderful terrain through L’Amable and down through Wollaston area, circling around to bring us back up north through Harcourt Back up to Lake St. Peter (which we went through the day before) and back down to Bancroft. For Dinner on this night we will be meeting at the Halibut Fish and Chips.
Monday
On Monday we are going go at a different pace. We will be going Ice fishing on one of our many beautiful lakes in this region, before everyone has to head back to reality.
This is going to be a weekend to remember and everyone is guaranteed to have a great time and see some of the best of what winters in Ontario have to offer, first hand.

We have chosen the restaurants named above to give you a taste of the diversity in our beautiful town; you are not obligated to attend these dinners if you do not wish to.
This is a three day event but we start and finish every day in Bancroft so if you can only make it for one or two days we would still love to have you join us.
We ask that you RSVP no later than February 3, 2012, to allow for plenty of time to organize for the number attending. As far as the Hotel rooms, Book them as soon as you can Because this is a very busy season for them and you don’t want to be” left out in the cold”

There will be plenty of stops along the way and snacks and refreshments supplied.
You are responsible for your own meals and accommodations. If you need a trail permit, please inquire at the hotel as they do sell them there both for the full season as well as 3 and 7 day passes. This is a not a profit event, just to bring people out during this season, there is no fee but a donation of $10.00 to off set any cost would be appreciated and the balance will be donated to the local food bank.
