Help me make a muffler!

Help!
My Muffler on my twin cylinder elan has been welded so many times it looks like a spider web. It breaks after 1/4 mile every time. I am giving up! The single cylinder machine mufflers are common- the twins, not so much. Help me find a new one! or barring that make my own!!!Any suggestions links tech support etc appreciated!

If you have good welder, just cut open your old exhaust and copy it.
but there are a few elan in the scrap and bone yards.
