Default '98 Mach 1 with no spark?

My buddy has a '98 Mach 1 700 triple, warming it up, idling just fine, quit and now has no spark,,a week ago he replaced the tether cord, had one programmed at the local Ski-Doo dealership ran great. What do you think,,and does anyone have parts? Yellowshirt

Default Mystery Spark

I have seen so many times its just a bad trigger coil. Its one of the cheapest of parts after trying spark plugs and very common. CdI is a possibility but expensive.
