everyone,this is lowla
the picture to the left is lowla, she is 6 month old cancorsa catahoula, brown brindal puppy.she is a sweatheart, naming her was an issue with me,i'm used to naming my best friend with a designation such as,remington, winchester or magnum, but i felt she was lowla, yes a show girl and she displays her happiness for the name every time she comes across my newspaper, total distruction in minutes and i didn't get to the sports section,oh well, there will be another paper tomorrow, she seems to like sitting in the living room and whinning at the deer heads and bear mounts.the other day i and her where out in the coiuntry to sight in a rifle, lowla sat by me the whole time, seems i may have yet another hunting companion for upland game birds and waterfowl, too cool, hoping she will be into riding atv's and sleds like remington did,may the lord rest her soul

I too have a special dog Loose tracks. I lost my collie of many years a couple of years back. Did not want any other dogs BUT two years went by and I thought what the heck, Maybe I'll try again so I went for the collie as this is what I have had since I was a kid in the 60's. did not work out so I thought maybe a lb OR a sled dog. Sure enough a boat raceing friend of mine called and asked if I was looking for a dog and I said MAYBE-- Well I went 96 miles pick up a chockalte lab pup. HADS NO idea the spirit of these dogs ad could not train her so back she went. A few mounts later another friend and I wer going to Ocala (on a day prior to the day we were going to go)and running down down the road was this beautiful Sibearian Husky. I named him BUDDY as I needed one and so did he. He ios a great dog and it has been 1 year. He loves to ride. My prayers were answerewd !!!!!!
