I have a 2000 Polaris rmk 700 twin and it has (i'm guessing and electrical issue) It ran good for one year then next year it started up normal then started switching from one cylinder to two once in a while i replaced the fuel pump and cleaned the carbs i don't know what...but i wanna ride this upcoming winter! And sorry bout saying 2002...my fault.

First thing to try is to make sure the plug wires are giving good spark. Look inside the plug boot and see if the connector is worn or corroded. If so, replace with new ends. The end will screw off, so you don't have to replace the wire. If the connector is ok, unscrew the boot and snip 1/4" of the wire off, then screw the boot back on the wire. That will ensure a good connection. Rule that out first, and see how it goes.
It wouldn't hurt to replace plugs, just to remove those as a problem, too.
