I installed a new kill switch on my 97 EXT w/ efi. The thing works (starts and stops the sled), but the problem is now when you try to add any throttle is just kills the sled/boggs it down untill you let off the gas then it picks back up to idle again. I have no idea whi it is doing this and it is driving me nuts!!!!!! Any ideas??

Sounds like a very common problem. It's probably has nothing to do with the kill switch. The problem is most likely with the throttle safety switch (the one that prevents accidental full power if the throttle freezes) Try pushing the throttle differenty (pushing up and in at the same time, Down and in at the same time, get the picture?)you should be able to get it to work properly, if so, you know thia'ts the problem. Good luck.
