99' XCR 700 coolant problems

I had a waterpump go bad on me. had it rebuilt and installed it and I am still getting it to overheat. Tried bleeding it at the waterpump, coolant tube on the top of the engine and at the thermastat. Get coolant from all but it is still not going to the rear lines (under the seat). Tried to lift the front of the sled with a picker (4' in the air) to bring the air to the front and no luck.
What can I do to fix this?

Usually, idling the sled with the radiator cap higher than the rear heat exchanger and the cap off will get rid of the air pretty quickly.

I am wondering if the rebuilt pump is bad.
