Nope, but there is a bulletin on the recoils and hopefully soon on the rear shock and springs.
Rick.
Are you thinking of the 01 piston recall/bulletin?

Have him give his dealer a holler, there is an updated recoil that will hopefully cut down on the instance of them breaking/falling apart. I beleive they will replace it even if you have not had a problem but have him contact his dealer for exact details.
My sled is currently sitting in the dealer waiting for AC to release an update on the rear shock/springs that they have been promising is coming day to day over the last few weeks. It already apart with wheel and bearing issues so the dealer is hoping AC will release the update which will prevent him having to take the skid out a second time. It could be all the F-Cat problems are keeping AC a little busy.
Rick.
