just got a set of hand guards and was wondering what the trick was to getting these on?..do you have to cut back on the piece of styrofoam which is under the handlebar clamp pad? the brackets are too large to install on the throttle side as it interferes with it and can only achieve 1/2 WOT. i bought these thinking it was a bolt on and didnt have to get the hack saw and dremel tool out to make these fit. anybody have any experience with these?... send some pics if you have them installed so i can see. the sportech website only shows frontal pics, they dont show the brackets mounted to the bars......i wonder why........
