I HAVE A '94 MX WITH A 470 CC. I NOTICED AT THE END OF LAST YEAR THAT AFTER IT GETS WARMED UP, IT BLOWS COOLANT OUT OF THE LITTLE HOLE IN THE OVERFLOW TANK ONTO MY EXHAUST. I HAVE TO ADD COOLANT EACH TIME I RIDE IT. THE OVER HEAT LIGHT HASN'T COME ON YET BUT I'D LIKE TO TRY AND FIX THE PROBLEM. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Yes we had this problem on a 92 MX.Same story. The head gaskets were blown after 20,000 kms I guess they just wore out.Put in a new set and problem solved.Ran it for a few thousand more clicks with no more problems.

It also could be as simple as a defective pressure cap, just an idea.
