Is anyone else having problems with their 2003 Sno Pro? I have the crank problem being fixed now and I have had two recalls.

What's the race dept. charging you to fix the crank problem. Also how do you avoid burndown upon startup. I've heard both grease and oil fixes. Which one is correct. What's the recalls. I recieved a starter rope guide that I haven't even opened but that's it.

Talked to a guy the other day. His buddys took 4 firecat 7 to the U.P. and blew em all up in under 100 miles. Sure glad I didn't trade my 800cce in for 1.

Did you get your Sno Pro from the race department? Just wondering.

Sorry it took so long for me to reply back. The other recall is the water pump shaft not lubricated from the factory, they should have sent you the kit and instuctions on what to do. My sled is almost fixed and just about all of my fellow racers sno pro's are fixed. Mike Kloety sure is taking his time with all of the amature racers. I allready missed the first regional race and so now I will hopefully get back on track for the next race. If the question was intended for me, yes I did purchase mine through the race department. Just a hint, everyone should also bleed the cooling system. There have been a few cases of air bubbles being in the system from the factory. ???
