Does anyone know what the easiest mod would be that can increase the performance the most? I would like to have more power at bottom end and in middle range. So far this sled is stock except for the 1.25" track. If anyone has modified an XC 500 let me know what you did! Thanks in advance

make sure the engine timming is spot on for this sled. then make sure you set the tps at 4.0@wot. then i would up the pilot jets to #50s rather than the stock #45s. get a set of heavy hitter clutch weights and fallow the instructions, they are easy and they work awsome. also, get a straight angle 36deg helix when useing the heavy hitter weights. timming should be 25deg@2500rpm with tps unpluged. good luck
