Hey everyone bare with me here cause I dont know much about the sport.I am looking for info of any kind (web pages or what not)for a 95MX 470lc.I bought the sled last week, its mint with only 2000kms.Its has been store for years in a heated grarage with stailizer in the gas.The sled starts fine and takes the gas good.Is there any thing I should do before driving it?And are there any probles that u know of with my type of skidoo?I also hear that a LC skidoo should be driven in as much deep snow as possible, any info would be great.

take it to a dealer to do a preseason checkup . it will be a more enjoyable season if everything is checked out .here are some things i would pay attention to . coolant, clean carbs. grease, clean cluthes and new gas.

I'd have the carbs checked,.sounds like its been sitting for quite a while and they may have some green gunge on the jets.Don't know how long the stabilizer works for.You don't have to drive a liquid cooled sled in deep powder. All you need is a little snowdust thrown up by the track and it will be ok.About the only time you run into problems is on glare ice like crossing a lake with no snow on it,or idling around really slow.like pulling a tobaggan or something.Enjoy thats a great motor and it should be a good trouble free sled.
