Got a heated visor for Christmas. Where is the easiest place to install? Low Beam? Haven't done this before. Thanks for the help.

Get the $20 kit from Ski Doo. It gives you instructions and is very nice. You end up with a plug right by your tether and it looks like a factory job. look up above the airbox right near the steering post you will see a yellow wire with a gray plug on it, you will plug into that.

The visor install kit from 'doo is PN 861 508 000 for LC ZX & REV models. PN 861 506 600 for FC ZX models.

what is the difference between the two?

I hope the one my friend got for his wifes 02 380 zx is the right one. We installed it already, and it seemed to work.

I don't know. 'doo lists the 2 PNs in the accessory catalog.

Thanks for the help. I have it installed and it works great. I am getting nervous about an upcoming UP trip that may have to be cancelled due to snow. This weather we are getting sucks!!!

Did you get that kit from Ski Doo or just wire it up?

I havent heard a lot of good snow reports from the UP so good luck.
