5 days smoke free!

I've been a smoker since the late 70's,,quit twice now really want to quit this time,,tired of my wife and daughter constantly nagging me about smelling like a ash tray and living past 60. Been some easy day's but there is those tough day's also,,I'll just keep picking away at this one day at a time! Anyone else recently quit?

fheeew I thought you were talking about going to a 4 stroke. Keep at it man.
my grandfather quit when we were young for the same reasons, he died at 87 a few years ago. also had an uncle that smoked til his death at 35. same family, you never know when. I think the more days in the snow all the better right?

Two thumbs up! It's hard, but the rewards are worth it! You can spend all the money you save on snowmobile parts and fuel next season!

Hopefully you're holding up and coming up on 25 days. It's hard. But, it's worth it. If you're still moving forward, hang on. If you stumbled, get up and start (stop) again.
