I have an Excel v 540 I rebuilt. Great compression 115psi in each jug.

The kehin butterfly carb is jetted main 145 and pilot 90.

I replaced needle seat and adjusted float to spec.

Cleaned with all components apart on carb.

It starts fine but it dumps fuel out the airbox side of carb. It comes out of the main jet hole. It pours out I don't know if my main jet is to large. I figure the fuel from bowl would enter the throat of the carb through the main jet emulsion tube. But it seems to me I have an air issue. This is the first time I ever had this sort of problem during my times of carb tuning. Very frustrating. Im going to include a video of it please share if you also had this problem.
